Return Policy
Open boxes of bars may not be returned because you did not like the flavor.  Please write to us about the problem using our  web contact form before sending back products. If an error was made filling your order we will send the correct item with a prepaid shipping label for return of the incorrect item.  Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.  If items in your package are damaged when they arrive, please send us e-mail immediately so we may send replacements.  Do not discard damaged items or their packaging because shipper may want to inspect them. 

Return Policy Exception: Melted Products
Advantage Nutrition is not responsible for the melting of chocolate products while the package is in transit or if the package is left out in the heat upon delivery. We pack as well as possible to prevent melting, but once the package leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control.

No returns, exchanges or credits on protein bars or any other chocolate products due to melting.

To help minimize the possibility of receiving melted or softened bars or foods during summer delivery:
  • Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home.
  • To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.
