Free Standard Ground Shipping on all orders over $125 within the 48 contiguous United States. This free shipping offer is truly that--free shipping. We do not delay orders because of free shipping, and we do not treat them differently than other orders. Depending on where you are located, you can expect to receive your order 1-5 business days after placing it.  Free shipping only applies to orders with the "Domestic Ground" shipping option picked. Order destinations within the continental United States (48 states) are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or The United States Postal Service (USPS). Ultimately, we will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order when it is ready to be shipped.  

Orders $50- $125 shipping is $5.95. 

Orders Under $50.00  price is determined by shipping zone zip code.

Most orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Almost all remaining orders ship the following day. You will receive an email from us if there is an unforeseen delay that may cause your order to arrive later than expected. Please note that all transit times are listed in business days. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays.

Heat Sensitive Products

No returns, exchanges or credits on protein bars or any other chocolate products due to melting.

Advantage Nutrition is not responsible for the melting of chocolate products while the package is in transit or if the package is left out in the heat upon delivery. We pack as well as possible to prevent melting, but once the package leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control.

To help minimize the possibility of receiving melted or softened bars or foods during summer delivery:

  • Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home.
  • To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods.
